We’re not just a business — we’re filmmakers.

Thomas Blackmore Productions was founded in 2023 by filmmaker Thomas Blackmore. His journey began in 2021, when he transferred high schools to pursue a career in film production. During that time, he created Agent Alpha, which officially released in 2023.

Thomas went on to attend CT State Middlesex, where he earned both an Associate Degree and a Certificate in Film/Video — graduating early. While in school, he interned with the campus media production team, contributing to projects for the CT Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP), the Department of Children and Families (DCF), the Connecticut Supreme Court, and the CT State Community College system.

Today, he runs Thomas Blackmore Productions full-time as a freelance videographer, producing content for partnered clients like Z2 Motorsports — all while continuing to develop original independent film projects under the same banner.

We are out at lyme rock today and tomorrow filming. Lot of action today! We used both our Rokinon 14mm and Canon 75-300mm lenses today to capture some racing on the track! We also got to see some unique cars that most car shows dont have

Filming for Agent Alpha: Web of Conspiracy has been delayed to Fall/Winter 2025, with a new release planned for mid-summer 2026.

This shift gives us time to secure proper funding and dedicate focus to other projects currently in development. Our goal remains the same: to deliver Agent Alpha with the quality and care it deserves.

That said, we’re not slowing down.
This summer, we’re launching several new productions, including:

An untitled short film

A behind-the-scenes documentary for that project

A 48 Hour Film Festival short film

A 48 Hour Film Festival documentary

If time and budget allow, a third short film and documentary may also move forward.

We’re also doubling down on car show content starting this week, with fresh episodes and behind-the-scenes features on the way.

Casting for Agent Alpha will resume at the end of summer 2025.

We created a pilot episode back in December (available on YouTube) Now we are prepping for a wave of film festivals by fixing imperfections. We are also doing it to get it closer to what we intend Episode 1 to be, while we know we may need to reshoot a few scenes.

Did some touch ups on the pilot episode of Agent Alpha: Web Of Conspiracy. In the middle of new crowdfunding campaigns on Indiegogo and Kickstarter with a Seed and Spark campaign coming in late March. We got several festivals we have submitted to some in March and April for this and other projects including Triumph and its documentary. Hopefully there will be a good promo opportunity.
